Stallions Lose: 72 - 93
The ladies' swim team had 13 best times in a 93-72 loss to district rivals Warren Mott. The Stallions were paced by Isabelle Gonzales's two first place wins in the 50 and 100 freestyle, Clara Verani's two best times in the 200 and 500 free, with a victory in the 200 free. Also setting new personal bests in the 200 and 500 was Mirel Zaya. Great meet, ladies, keep all the personal bests coming!

Stallions Win: 77 - 75
The Girls swim team overcame an early deficit to defeat division rivals Center Line 77-75. The Stallions improved to 3-0 in the MAC Silver and 4-2 overall. The ladies had 11 season best times, and were led by Isabelle Gonzales, who won the 50 freestyle, Serena Gordon, who won the 500 freestyle, and strong supporting performances by Emily Arcienega, Stephanie Bleanda, Clara Verani and MIrel Zaya. It was a total team effort, and the ladies rose to the challenge. Awesome job ladies!

Stallions Win: 75 - 32
The SHHS Girls Swim Team defeated the South Lake Cavaliers by a score of 75-32. The ladies won every event, and everyone who swam earned varsity points. It was a total team effort, with great swims by Thanh Nguyen in the 100 who dropped 17 seconds and Serena Gordon who dropped 10 seconds in the 500. Gabby Magtangob won 3 events, Stephanie Bleanda and Maddy Tatham each won 4 events. Awesome job ladies!

Stallions Win: 73 - 60
The Girls swim team won a hard fought victory against the Lake Shore Shorians, 73-60. The meet came down to the last few events, with the Stallions pulling out the win with a 1-2 finish in the 400 free relay. There were many best times and first swims. Congrats to Mirel Zaya for swimming the 200 free, Maddy Tatham for her first place finishes in the 100 Fly and the 200 IM. The lady's next meet is this Thursday against South Lake.

Stallions Win: 71 - 30
The Girls varsity swim team won their first meet of the season, defeating Roseville 71-30. Winning 4 events was Emily Arcienega, including the 50 free and 100 breaststroke. Winning 3 events was Maddy Tatham (200 Medley Relay, 100 Fly and 200 Im) and Stephanie Bleanda (200 Medley, 100 Free and 200 Free relay). Other event winners were Clara Verani in the 200 free and Gabby Magtangob in the 100 Back. It was a great perfomance all around by the ladies. Awesome job!

Stallions Lose: 48 - 102.00
The Girls Swim team swam great but came up short against the Yellow Jackets of Avondale, losing 102-48. The meet was closer than the score, the Stallions had 13 season best times, led by Thanh Nguyen's 56 second time drop int he 100 breaststroke, Isabelle Gonzales dropping 25 seconds in the 100 free, and Lucy Parsina dropping more than 27 seconds in the 100 free. The next meet is the Stallion Relays.

Stallions Lose: 61 - 96
The SHHS Girls Swim team opened the season with a 96-61 loss to the Cousino Patriots. The girls swam well in their first meet, led by Emily Arcienega, who won the 100 Breaststroke, overcame at least a 15yard deficit in the 200 free relay to win it as the anchor, and earned her best time in the 50 freestyle. Other great swims were turned in by Isabelle Gonzales, Maddy Tatham and Gabby Magntangob. Great first meet ladies!
