The varsity soccer team exploded for six goals against Warren Mott, cruising to a 6-3 victory in the season opener. Junior Anzal Khan opened the scoring, while Devin Dillon-Hernandez added two goals in the first half - then completed his hat trick with a penalty just 3 minutes into the second half. Mladen Stojanovski added two late goals for the Stallions. Junior Kristjan Juncaj had four assists and was instrumental in driving the attack for the Stallions. Senior Ramon Arellano made 8 saves, while senior captain Agron Gojcaj played well in defense. SHHS (1-0) plays at Clawson at Wednesday night at 5:30.
