GAME SUMMARY
The Sterling Heights Stallions won the Warren Consolidated School Cup on Saturday 3/26 with a 0-0 tie against Cousino and a 9-1 win over Warrent Mott. Cousino defeated Warren Mott 2-0.
In the Stallions victory, Junior midfielder Mikalah Lewis netted 4 goals and 2 assists. Senior winger Katie DuBay scored one goal and had 4 assists. Junior forward Layna Morgan scored 2 goals with one assist. Freshmen winger Veronica Simson scored one goal and freshman midfielder Monica Samano scored 2 goals with one assist. The Stallions are 1-0-1 on the year and take on Utica Ford Wednesday at 7pm at Runkel Field.
